Works closely with the Graphics Team, Community Center Staff, and internal stakeholders to establish and manage the digital content schedules, monitors/TVs, and audio the Community Center.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uploads approved digital content into FCPCs digital signage software.
- Creates and maintains the content upload schedule for each display at the Community Center.
- Participates in recurring creative brainstorming sessions related to Tribal Communications.
- Assists with Facebook Live recordings at the Community Center.
- Assists with uploading Community Center news to Social Media.
- Maintains the monitors at the Community Center, ensuring they are powered on and displaying the correct content according to schedule. Engages the IT team as necessary for complex tech issues.
- Maintains the audio systems at the Community Center, ensuring audio levels of the speakers are at appropriate levels. Engages the IT team as necessary for complex audio issues.
- Researches, plans, and creates short media-related training sessions for Tribal Youth in a classroom setting at the Community Center.
Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- A degree in graphic design, communications, or teaching is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience managing digital content preferred (digital signage tools or web-based CMS systems).
- Must be highly organized with an attention to detail.
- Must have strong verbal and digital communication skills.
- Candidate should have a creative mindset to be able to assist with content brainstorming.
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
