General Summary:

Responsible for managing assigned branches towards sales, service, and compliance goal achievement. The Market Manager is directly responsible for an assigned branch in addition to managing other Branch Managers within a defined market. The Market Manager will ensure retail associates are demonstrating service excellence in accordance with Park Bank's Promise and Values statement while assisting branch managers with ongoing career development. To ensure the market is competitively offering financial solutions to its client base, the Market Manager works closely with strategic business partners. This position will work out of the Middleton branch and oversee the Branch Managers for Verona and Old Sauk.

Outcomes:

1) Balance Growth and Production Achievement

• Loan Origination, New Checking Accounts, Business Deposit Accounts, Credit Cards, and Convenience Services

2) Client Service/Relationship Metrics

• Retail Households, Services per Household, Referrals, Client Service, etc.

3) Fee Income Management

• NSF Refund, Service Charges, Debit Card Interchange Revenue, etc.

4) Compliance and Operations Evaluation

• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures to include regulations, CIP, audit and security.

Requirements

- 5-7 years branch manager experience required
- Associate degree required; Bachelor degree preferred
- Consumer lending authority preferred
