Dietary Manager

Temperance Lake Ridge is looking to add a Dietary Manager to their awesome team!

The Dietary Manager position requires meeting high standards in the areas of meal preparation, communication, record keeping, and effectively working with staff, residents and their families to ensure high quality and nutritional dietary services.

• Must be a Certified Dietary Manager in good standing, or a graduate of an approved dietary manager course eligible for certification.
• One to two years experience in dietary field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of PPS, MDS.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Current knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and lead dietary department.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
