BlowMold Operator - 2nd Shift

Summary:Offering a hiring bonus of $500.00 and a $2 - $3 per hour perfect attendance bonus in Baraboo! The QTI Group is currently hiring 2 nd shift Operators for one of our valued clients in Baraboo. Candidates will be responsible for pulling plastic products from machines, pulling off excess material while inspecting the products. This is a second shift direct hire opportunity with hours of 3:00PM to 11:00PM, Monday through Friday. Pay for this opportunity starts at $16.00 per hour with plenty of advancement opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Learn and run all blow molding machines
• Log all rejects and track all production counts
• Ensure product meets quality standards and is packaged per defined standards
• Maintain a clean work area and perform cleanup work as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications:

• Must have acceptable attendance record and work history
• High school education and/or GED preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to frequently lift or move material between 25 -60 pounds
• Must be able to operate basic plastic processing hand tools such as cutters, knives, calipers, guards, fixtures and calculator
