Hours: Full Time, Days, 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:

Other: This position will also work out of our St. Francis and Racine locations, it is a shared position between two locations.

What You Will Do:

Provide therapeutic psychological counseling.

• Assess a patient's psychological status and provide appropriate intervention and treatment.
• Collaborate with nursing and ancillary service to provide appropriate psychological therapy for patient.
• Refer patients to other disciplines for consult and evaluations as indicated.
• Provide psychological expertise and education to multidisciplinary team.
• Act as a resource to other disciplines.
• Communicate complex/sensitive information to patients and medical team.
• Administer and interpret psychological tests used for diagnosing mental and personality disorders and differentiating between organic and functional cases of behavior disorders.

What You Will Need:

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Psychologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Psychotherapist preferred.

Education:

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) required.
