Job Description
The Design Ops Front-end Engineer is a key member of an agile team responsible for creating great tools and products for our customers on product teams. In this role, you will work on a cross-functional team to design, develop, test, deploy and support your team's product application using modern web technologies.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with peers on your product team (Product owner, UX, QA and other engineers) to discover, design, develop and deploy great tools and products that provide meaningful value to our customers.
Responsible for code development, review, and delivery, including creating build processes, testing, implementing advanced version control, integrating CI tools.
Primary technologies focused on modern front-end:
Working knowledge of modern JS frameworks
Advanced HTML/CS
Required Qualifications
5+ years of practical experience and proven success with the design, development and operation of complex web applications.
5+ years of experience coding and/or designing in front-end related technologies including:
o Working knowledge of modern JS frameworks
o Advanced HTML/CSS
Demonstrated experience coding and/or designing in multiple environments.
Working knowledge of diverse front-end related technologies and new and current architectures such as:
Modern CSS and HTML spec (e.g. CSS custom properties, aria attributes)
Node JS, Express Server
Preferred Qualifications
Typescript
RxJS
Build process expertise, automation
Cloud Deployments, Docker Containers
Salesforce.com, Investment Management Trading Systems
