DescriptionSupervisory Responsibilities: NonePurpose: Responsible for cleaning of specific areas of the plant and performing building and grounds maintenance activitiesEssential Duties/Responsibilities: Ensure a clean and safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.Perform building and grounds repairs and upkeep as neededClean and maintain general shop areaPerform light carpentry and plumbing duties as neededEmpty garbage and pick-up cardboard on production floor as neededCollect empty pallets, boxes and parts trays and relocate to designated areas where applicableAssist with unloading and moving production equipment as neededPromote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employeesWill be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assignedMinimum Requirements: Education & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious building/grounds experience preferredJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Valid and current MN driver's licenseMust be able to follow written and verbal instructions and proceduresMust be able to operate, walk-behind and riding, floor scrubbers and barnishersMust be able to operate scissor lifts and forkliftsMust be able to perform duties without direct supervisionBasic knowledge of, or ability to learn, light carpentry and plumbingRegular attendanceTraining:Forklift, scisoor lift, lawn equipment, snow removal equipmentReference OJTPhysical DemandsAbility to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs., rarely lifting up to 70 lbs.Ability to stand for 100% of shiftAbility to do repetitive motions, i.e. bending, twisting, walking, crouchingAbility to work at elevated heightsAbility to climb laddersAbility to continuously operate a minimum of 3 hoursSee Functional Job Description for complete demands
