Welder - Nights

Enjoy a 4-day work week! Pro Staff is hiring a night shift Welder for our client company in Alexandria.
Main job duties include:

• MIG and TIG welding, along with cutting grinding and finishing
• Design and build fixtures
• Orient weldment to design specs
• Move material throughout the work area
• Record data in ERP system
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Assist with training of other team members
• Actively participate in process and cost improvement activities

Qualified candidates are quality and safety-focused and have MIG and TIG welding experience. Welding certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Good basic math skills and proficiency with measuring instruments and blueprints are needed.

Hours are 4:30pm-3am, Mon-Thurs. Pay is $16-20+/hr, depending on experience. This company offers full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, employer-matched 401k, and paid time off!
