Molding Technician/Set Up Technician/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking candidates for multiple positions in Manufacturing Industry around Plymouth, Wisconsin.Molding Technician for 3rd shift - Associate s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or five to ten years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery. Injection molding experience preferred. RJG Master Molder 1 preferred Forklift license and crane training and the salary range are starting from 51k.Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift - Looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians - must have experience with robot troubleshooting and programmable logic controller (PLC), minimum of 2 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred compensation starting from $23.82 and there is also a 50 cents/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.Set-Up Technician for 2nd and 3rd shift - Ability to read blueprints and diagrams; Able to weld aluminum, solder brass, and use a variety of machining equipment; Must be forklift certified or able to pass forklift certification; Mechanical aptitude and comprehension are crucial to this role; Must be able to successfully pass the Standard Timing Machine Assessment at LTC; Compensation starts at $18.50 per hour.Shift Coach ( Shift Supervisor) - 5+ years of manufacturing-based supervisory experience; Associate's Degree in supervisory/management preferred; Lean Manufacturing experience and implementation; Leadership skills in motivating your team to high performance and meet goals; Commitment to personal growth; salary is starting from $63k.Candidates can email resumes with the job title to
