Some things you can expect to do:

• Jointly develop the annual revenue and profit goals with the regional leader
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue development, construction, and real estate management projects in the region
• Strategically pursue clients and lead development and construction pursuits
• Lead sales presentations and client negotiations for major projects
• Support the marketing and sales strategy for the north region, including active management of public relations, award applications, industry involvement, understanding industry competitors, and documenting best competitive practices
• Assess potential development sites including issues related to environmental contamination, geotechnical issues, topography, city zoning and ordinance, financial feasibility, and market constraints
• Be responsible for on-going customer relations at the executive level, ensuring that design, construction, and property management are meeting client and stakeholder expectations

To be successful in this role, a bachelor 's degree in real estate development, construction management, engineering, real estate management, or related field is preferred. Advanced degrees welcome but not required.
