YOUR ROLE

  • Lead the development of each channel of distribution and customer engagement that produces the overall objective for organic sales growth year over year.
  • Effective organizational structure and management of the Business Development Managers / Key Account Managers (all direct reports) to deliver and be accountable for the strategic KPI's determined by the business plan.
  • Commercial lead for our forecasting system, working in conjunction with Supply Chain and BI that communicates a clear two-way process between our internal departments and our external customers for most effective supply/demand ratio.
  • Effective positioning and placement of new products launched through all channels of distribution, by using the brand tools provided, and clearly identifying and communicating to the Marketing and BI teams the needs from sales to deliver the expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all distributor principle partners for effective collaborations and negotiations, delivering the fiduciary responsibility as set by the brand.
  • Effective management of department P&L with overall responsibility of the overall financial goals of the brand.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or related field experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Minimum of 10+ years.
  • Extraordinary leadership ability to develop and motivate direct reports, as well as other cross functional team members. Effective in managing up and down for ultimate efficiency.
  • Effective and proven problem solver.
  • Effective and proven success with strategic thinking and planning.
  • Successful past in leading a team that delivers results.
  • Able to work at a high pace in a multi-tasking role.
  • Acts as an ambassador for the company demonstrating a professional attitude and image, strong business acumen and follow-through skills on projects and customer commitments.
  • Strong presentation skills which translate into high quality and effective meetings.
  • Effective working knowledge of all technology provided by the company, including by not limited to (Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PPT, TEAMS).
