One of our clients is looking for a Customer Service/Operations Rep. The role will be Onsite.

DETAILS:

Supports system administration, accounting and reconciliation, claims, and proofs.

Answer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.

Mail preparation, including opening and scanning all the courier envelopes and postal mail for all agency locations.

Processing, file maintenance, computer management system maintenance.

Other administrative projects and tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma and three years of related experience.
Prior customer service experience and strong communication and attention to detail required.
Prior insurance accounting experience is preferred.
