The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company's risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.
The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.
The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo's risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.
The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.
Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 2:30pm-11:00pm
This 2nd shift position is within the ACH File Processing team, supporting our customers and business partners by processing high volumes of ACH file transmissions, reviewing and processing file and transaction maintenance requests, and verifying transaction information to ensure adherence to OFAC requirements in a fast-paced, customer service call center environment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Ability to research problems, analyze data, escalate, or recommend potential solutions
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet established service level agreements
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and results-driven environment ???Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to perform repetitious tasks
  • Responding to telephone inquiries concerning support and processing
  • Processing item and file changes as requested by our origination customers
  • Monitoring data from the ACH system to ensure ongoing operation and compliance with procedures
  • Researching and resolving complex situations or discrepancies within established time frames
  • Maintaining the integrity of the ACH database by appropriately adding, updating, and validating customer information ???Complying with all audit requirements
  • Identifying and reporting discrepancies with procedures
  • Assisting other ACH teams with day-to-day production support
  • Participating in special projects, as necessary
  • Partner with appropriate resources to seek out solutions to problems
  • Distribution of data to other financial institutions

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of financial services experience, demonstrated through work, military, or education

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo ACH (Automated Clearing House) System
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $33,300 Mid: $40,500 Max: $51,400
