We are seeking a EVS COORDINATOR in Wausau, Wisconsin at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. The Environmental Services (EVS) Coordinator performs the coordination of daily secretarial operations in an efficient manner including effective communication linkages within, as well as between, departments. This is accomplished by serving key customers, staff and management through coordinated and supportive work efforts. Under the direction of the Department Director or Manager, coordinates activities relating to the requisitioning, receiving, and accounting for environmental services supplies, office supplies, and equipment. Serves as the key coordinator for billing and invoicing. Coordinates the development, implementation and upkeep of the waste disposal. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma, with some college or technical training beneficial. Associates degree in secretarial science preferred. Knowledge of EVS standards, practices, workflows, government regulations and codes acquired with five years of work-related experience. Possesses an active DOT Training Certificate or acquires after hire. Possesses good communication skills, the ability to prioritize, the ability to work independently and report to a Manager, accuracy and timeliness in all work products, and related work experience to develop and enhance skills. Computer literacy required relative to the software programs utilized at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, as well as department specific program requirements. Knowledge of waste streams and regulations. Hours: Supplemental, Saturday # Sunday 8:00 am # 4:30 pm. 32 hours per pay period.
