Business Analyst - Quality and Regulatory

We're looking for an energetic, independent and curious Data Analyst who will support the Quality and Regulatory Organization in conducting full lifecycle analysis of our products that include requirements, design and post market surveillance activities. This individual will develop analysis and reporting capabilities that will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. They will be responsible for collection, storage, and review of data in the area of sales numbers, quality records, service records and reliability.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience in the hearing industry field.

Experience: 3-5 years relative experience. Proven experience and knowledge with major BI reporting tools, preferably Power BI.

Additional Details:

* Relational database report writing desired
* Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, statistical programming
* advanced data analysis skills - e.g. database query construction, data warehousing, regression modeling and experience in marketing and business analyst
