Responsibilities:
  • Assists Management with analyzing and reporting the financial results and operational effectiveness of the business. Reports to the FP&A Manager.
  • Analysis and Reporting of financial and operational information, including financial statements, comparative analyses, product and market profitability, budget versus actual expenditures, key performance indicators, etc.
  • Change Agent and active participant in driving continuous improvement projects throughout the organization, including sharing best practices across plant locations.
  • Other Duties as assigned by the FP&A Manager
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, verbal and written.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications. Crystal Reports a plus
  • Knowledge of integrated ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Organization skills and ability to multi-task. A self-starter. Inquisitive and analytical.
  • Ability to translate data into relevant information
???Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree (Bachelors) in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. CPA or CMA preferred
  • Min of 2 Years experience performing tasks & responsibilities
  • Experience with financial reporting, sales & margin analysis and manufacturing processes required.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles required
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications. Crystal Reports a plus
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in using ERP software specifically financial modules in manufacturing
