- Assists Management with analyzing and reporting the financial results and operational effectiveness of the business. Reports to the FP&A Manager.
- Analysis and Reporting of financial and operational information, including financial statements, comparative analyses, product and market profitability, budget versus actual expenditures, key performance indicators, etc.
- Change Agent and active participant in driving continuous improvement projects throughout the organization, including sharing best practices across plant locations.
- Other Duties as assigned by the FP&A Manager
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, verbal and written.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications. Crystal Reports a plus
- Knowledge of integrated ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
- Organization skills and ability to multi-task. A self-starter. Inquisitive and analytical.
- Ability to translate data into relevant information
- Four-year degree (Bachelors) in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. CPA or CMA preferred
- Min of 2 Years experience performing tasks & responsibilities
- Experience with financial reporting, sales & margin analysis and manufacturing processes required.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles required
- Proficient in all MS Office applications. Crystal Reports a plus
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in using ERP software specifically financial modules in manufacturing
