Due to the growth of the company, Filigree Jewelers is searching for a hard-working, driven candidate to join our already successful team! This is an excellent opportunity to expand your professional business experience and to work for an established company that offers its employees an extremely fun, but professional environment.
What We Do: We are a high end jewelry store with a nationwide reach focusing on vintage, modern and custom designs. All of our items are one of a kind and our store is located in Downtown, Minneapolis in the North Loop.
What You'll Do: Filigree Jewelers is relational, not transactional and we are looking for candidates that fit with this philosophy. We have a very unique selling proposition and our goal is to create a personal relationship with our clients. Sales associates will assist in all area's of the sales and repair process.

Sales Specialist will have the following as their baseline responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Provide consistent floor coverage and communication with team including team selling to assist in closing sales
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
- Assist clients as needed with repair and custom recommendations
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Keep display areas and personal work space clean, attractive and organized
- Assist with putting out new inventory as needed or requested
- Assume additional tasks as defined by leadership team
- Actively participate in professional growth

Qualifications
Job Type: Part Time (20 hours/week) with potential to Full Time
Experience:
- Entry Level, will train the right candidate
- Salary Range: $20-$22 per hour
- Driver's License (Preferred)
