We are a fast paced, high growth tech company looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work alongside our Chief Executive Officer and become an important part of this fast-growing team. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements as needed. An ideal candidate will be responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, handle situations with a high degree of confidentiality and be able to prioritize appropriately.

  • Must be local and have the ability to come into our St Louis Park office location. **

    Exciting work you'll do
    • Proactively maintain calendars and daily schedule, fielding and prioritizing requests both business and personal
    • Handle emails and communications for the CEO, and thus, connect with both internal and external parties with a high level of integrity and diplomacy (this is a large part of the role)
    • Provide support from time to time for the executive team
    • Schedule and provide support on meeting logistics including agenda preparation, slide decks, catering, attendance (note-taking) and follow up on action items
    • Manage all travel and expenses for the CEO in a proactive, fiscally responsible manner
    • Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documents
    • Manage CEO's ad-hoc projects
    • Coordinate and host group meetings, engage/liaise with other EAs and align schedules
    • Maintain a positive and effective working relationship with all members of the team


    Requirements

    What we look for
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a tech/SaaS environment is preferred, with at least 3+ years of proven success supporting a C-level executive in a fast moving and high growth environment
    • An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
    • Highly professional, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Incredible time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and to constantly re-prioritize
    • Confident personality and capable of being persistent when necessary
    • Solid track record of building relationships and collaborating at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work independently paired with a desire to learn and grow.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
