Call Center Rep Entry Level

Working with us as a call center representative will not be your traditional call center position where you're glued to a phone in an office surrounded by 1000 other representatives. Here, you'll use virtual tools like zoom and other programs to schedule and host virtual conferences with customers. Whether you're looking to get back to the office full time or need some flexibility, we have a team that is the right fit for you.

What we ask of you:
* Develop relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

* Follow up with new customers to further the sales process

* Understand and demonstrate knowledge of the product to the customer

* Set and meet productions goals and objectives set by leadership

* Improve communication skills to increase customer satisfaction rates

You will use communication skills and unique customer service strategy to highlight the advantages of our products and services. We provide all the things you need to feel confident talking to any one of our customers. Most importantly, we just need people who are confident in being themselves!
