The products and company you represent are best-in-class.Skills and Abilities:Cleaning, maintaining, painting, HVAC duct work, walls, floors, and ceilings.Organization and facilitation will ensure successful events and celebrations.Ability to operate equipment including, but not limited to forklift, floor scrubber/sweeper, compactors, Scissors Lift, Genie Boom, Polishing equipment, etc.Keeps entry ways free from snow and ice hazards.Keeps the lawns mowed and the landscaping free of weeds.Maintains and performs grinding and polishing of floors.Maintains facility lighting levels by performing ballast and bulb changes.Performs HVAC filter changes.Good communication skills.Ability to interpret prints.Ability to work with hand tools and power tools.Excellent attention to detail.Must possess a strong work ethic and be able to work with limited supervision and direction.About Working for Hearth & Home TechnologiesTake ownership of your career with a job that ignites your passions and rewards your hard work.
