The Sales Operations Analyst is a critical position the sales team relies on for quote, proposal and contract preparation. The Sales Operations Analyst also serves as the "go-to" resource for analytics and research support, ultimately playing a vital role in Gravie's ability to win deals.

You will:

Prepare quotes, financial analyses, contracts and proposals
Serve as the liaison between the sales and underwriting teams during the quoting process
Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on sales data
Assist with RFP and RFI response preparation
Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process
Ensure sales documents and materials are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders
Assist with sales research and requests
Generate reports for the sales team and management
Demonstrate the Gravie competencies: empathy, authenticity, curiosity, creativity, and outcome orientation.

You bring:

An undergraduate degree required
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc.
A love of mathematics.
A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail.
A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong internal customer-service skills for interactions with sales colleagues and staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Extra credit for:

Proficiency with Salesforce.
Previous experience with a start-up.
Previous experience at a health insurance carrier or agency.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, or related programming languages
