Construction Manager - Iowa or Wisconsin

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for the management of the contractors and will be the main point of contact on site.

Duties:

- Manage contractors daily

- Ensure everyone follows the safety procedures and guidelines

- Be aware of boundaries, stay in the area of legal access

- Make sure all contractors or visitors have full understanding of the safety procedures

- Keep project permit requirements in mind daily

- Manage emergencies, delays and any other issues that may arise

- Ensure there is record of all meetings and activities that take place

- Stay in contact with the Operations team daily

- Coordinate field inspections

Qualifications:

- Must have extensive background in construction and leadership skills
