Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required

  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, or comparable recruiting or business development experience.
  • Skills: Must possess strong sales aptitude, competitive nature, drive to succeed, be team and achievement oriented and demonstrate grit.

  • Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) technology, and Social Media.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Growth Development Manager Team to prioritize recruiting of new loan officers and real estate agent relationships.
  • Execute outbound lead generation activities (phone, email, and Social Media) to engage prospects and generate qualified and interested growth opportunities for Embrace.
  • Apply ASLAN sales methodology (other-centered) and selling principles to articulate Embrace's unique value proposition.
  • Manage prospect outreach though CRM, document the outcome of outreach activities and maintain accurate prospect contact information.
  • Collaborate within Embrace to apply best practices to deliver against growth opportunities.
