So, if you get fired up about making a real difference as part of a winning team like we do, we want to hear from you.The Headlines : In the role of Benefits Analyst working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the North American Benefits team. T he person will be responsible for overseeing the administration of all company-sponsored benefits plans and programs.The position is considered a key resource both internally and externally to resolve benefit issues and questions. This position will have direct interaction with employees and HRBPs to ensure all aspects of Benefits during the employment lifecycle move smoothly. This includes working with outside vendors, assisting employees & HRBPs with questions and issues, assisting locations in resolving administrative issues and providing support to the Benefits leaders.The Responsibilities : Day to day administration of the company's US benefit plans - Defined Contribution and Health & Welfare benefit plans. Act as a liaison between outside administrators (TPA, insurance carriers and voluntary benefit providers) and customers (HR, payroll, employees, and retirees) to ensure timely resolution of eligibility and claim disputes as well as effective administration of company plans Participate in annual large-scope projects including year-end company retirement contribution & true-up, updating the enrollment website, and ensuring process documentation is accurate. Conduct benefit plan audits Ensure compliance with the administration of the Affordable Care Act, updating the Summary Plan descriptions, execution of non-discrimination testing, etc. The Other Qualifications: Yo u have a bachelor's degree You have at least 3 years of benefit administration experience You have a working knowledge of Employee Retirement Income Security Act and related legislation as it pertains to retirement & health and welfare benefits You are a strong relationship builder and act as a partner to internal and external customers You are detail oriented and can think through strategic problems Work Perks You Need to Know About : As the world's family brewer, we have the scale to make big things happen and still get to know colleagues on a first name basis across the globe We play our part to make a difference - from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks - giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are.
