- Maintain and cultivate existing accounts
- Develop new business (Both USA and Mexico markets)
- Coordinate operations with warehouses and carriers
- Back office support
- Technology and Software

- Load board
- Collaborative environment
- MUST HAVE Established book of business (shipping customers)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Brokerage/3PL
- Pass criminal background check
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
