This position will determine the route where each mechanic will work.RESPONSIBILITIES:??? Creates centralized route schedules using planning and route scheduling software, to develop efficient and effective routes.??? Trouble shoots issues that arise an execution of route scheduling process including appointment cancellations.??? Maintains constant communication throughout the day between Field, Management, and Support groups regarding the current working situation.??? Must be able to provide data entry and process client information transactions and updates as necessary.??? Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Dispatcher and Project Manager.??? Work with management to assure scheduling is prompt and accurate, with schedules well maintained.??? Adjust schedules for customers and technicians as needed.??? Provide great customer service and keep customers up to date on service times.??? Perform all paperwork/documentation on all calls as needed.??? Provide any administrative support to management as needed.??? Support all other departments as needed.??? Complete all other duties assigned by management.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:??? Strong computer skills and data entry skills.??? Strong organizational skills.??? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.??? Ability to get along and work well with others.Our industry requires a successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.Our industry requires all candidates to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a 7 year background check.
