Job Details

This a reliability focused position aimed at maximizing overall equipment effectiveness through the application of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) fundamentals. As a multi-skilled, cross-functional team member, you will ensure reliable operation of both facility and production assets with a primary focus on Boiler, HVAC, Compressed Air and Waste Water Treatment systems.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain and ensure safe and reliable operation of three high and low pressure boilers, boiler plant equipment, facility HVAC equipment, waste water treatment and plant compressed air system.
  • Perform required water quality and chemistry testing for the plant boilers and waste water treatment system.
  • Ensure state and federal regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on plant and facility wide equipment including electrical and mechanical assets.
Qualifications
  • State of Minnesota 2nd Class B Boiler Operator's License
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, technical manuals, electrical and electronic schematics; troubleshoot; perform applicable mathematic calculations; use applicable software applications and operating systems; manage time; use various electronic testing equipment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial/industrial HVAC systems, industrial waste water treatment systems, compressed air systems, food manufacturing, GMP practices, Johnson Controls and Allen Bradley software.
