Operator - Up to $18.15/hr.

Seagate Technology is hiring Operators in Bloomington, MN. This is a temporary to permanent position with long term career potential. No experience is necessary.

As an operator, you are responsible for performing electrical wafer test operations. You set up, operate, load, and monitor a machine and equipment to inspect/verify the quality of the product that is produced. You are responsible for recording and analyzing data. You ensure the processing environment is clean by following written specs and performing several operations. You also maintain awareness of safety policies and procedures. You communicate with a team member to ensure production flow and discuss workforce needs.

Responsibilities of an Operator include:
* Adhering to all processes and procedures.
* Setting up and operating equipment per Standard Operating Procedures.
* Working in a team environment to meet production goals.
* Demonstrating the desire to learn and grow by achieving certifications.
* Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* The ability to stand/walk around for 10+ hours
* Must be comfortable with wearing a cleanroom suit, facemask and gloves
* Must have basic computer and email skills
* Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
* The ability and willingness to work as part of a team
* Must consent to a criminal background check

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement and to grow your career. The temp assignment typically lasts 6 months- 1 year before going full time with Seagate. Shifts:
A Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, M - W, every other TH ($16.15/hr.)
B Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, M - W, every other TH ($16.65/hr.)
C Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, F - SUN, every other TH ($16.90/hr.)
D Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, F - SUN, every other TH ($18.15/hr.)
