Our team serves from the heart so that residents get the most out of every day.BRIA of Trinity Village is looking for a dedicated RN Unit Manager to manage our SNF Unit.The Unit Manager will:Develops and maintains nursing service objectives, standards of nursing practice, and the nursing policies and procedures manual to provide the most appropriate and comprehensive care to each guest.Provide orientation, training and in-servicesComplete and review required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policyImplement and maintain established policies and proceduresMonitor quality assurance, safety, and infection control protocolsMake daily rounds of unit and prioritize in a fast pace environment.Assist the Director of Nursing in interviewing and selecting residents for admission.Supervise all nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, and CNAs) on the unitManage staffing and assignments to meet residents needs on the unitProvide education and in-servicesComplete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policyImplement and maintain established policies and proceduresMonitor quality assurance, safety, and infection control protocolsMake daily rounds of unit and prioritize in a fast pace environment.Unit Manager must have the following:Promote and facilitate teamworkKnowledge of nursing and medical procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilitiesLeadership and supervisory skillsLicensed Registered Nurse (RN)Must have Sub-acute setting experience.#ZR
