The Role:

We are transforming the lives of the people we serve. Customer Service Representatives are the heart of what we do and play a critical role in the member experience. You will become an expert in our benefit offerings and a trusted advisor for our members, providing telephonic and electronic support including sharing benefit information, securing transportation, scheduling appointments, and locating healthcare providers. Your mission will be to help our members achieve their optimal health by supporting them through our high quality healthcare approach.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Work Monday through Friday on an assigned shift between the hours of 8am and 6pm - No weekends or late shifts
  • Receive inbound calls or written correspondence from members or providers to ensure proper resolution for all inquiries
  • Access member or provider information
  • Participate in outbound call activities to support members in receiving optimal care
  • Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics while working in multiple technology systems
  • Collaborate with departments outside of customer service and make referrals as appropriate
  • Conduct research to assist with member coverage questions
  • Provide assistance to members or providers regarding website registration and navigation


Qualifications :

Additionally, you'll bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of call center customer service experience, or 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Compassion for our members and providers to achieve optimal health through our high quality healthcare approach
