Type and process routine letters, memos, reports, forms, or other materials. Assist in record-keeping and maintenance of filing systems related to department supported. Answer inquiries and provide information and assistance on routine policy questions related to departmental assignments, requiring interpretation and discussion. Issue parking stickers to visitors.- Education: High School Diploma/GED required- Experience 5+ years in Secretary/Admin/Receptionist role. Would like to see multiple organizations on resume and not just one long career at one company- Responsible for turning on lights and unlocking doors at 745AM- Mail management - will be responsible for sorting, routing, mailing- Password resets for timeclock- Sorting checks, sending to accounts payable- Answering phone and meet/greet any visitors at door- Will be responsible for taking temperatures at the front- Lobby Management - All visitors/employees must use front entrance from 8AM - 5PM- Will be required to learn/work within multiple systems (ie. badging, timeclock, Microsoft Office)Cooperation - Recognizes that individual goals contribute toward accomplishing team outcomes.Customer Service Orientation - Generally applies fundamental service techniques and adheres to proper customer procedures when interacting with customers.Dependability - Demonstrates the ability to follow through with work assignments and support management's policies and procedures.Listening - Exhibits good listening skills and identifies verbal and non-verbal situations fairly well.Relationships - Displays a compassionate attitude toward the needs of others .Self Development - Attempts to stay abreast of changes in the profession by participating in at least one development activity during the year.
