Job Summary:
100% in office
Covid-19 Vaccine outreach, will be completing an assessment.
Will help schedule an appointment if they have not had the shot. They will reach out to 40-50 members.
Pay: $19/hour
Hours: 8am-4: 30pm Monday-Friday
Requirements:
Call Center customer service-related experience required - minimum of 6 months to 1 year.
Must have patient/member experience or external experience
High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years managed care or physician' s office experience, and an understanding of utilization review or claims processing practices in a managed care environment.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software; Needing someone who is comfortable navigating multiple systems.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
