.NET Software Engineer - $100k annually
Milwaukee
Job Duties
- Collaboratively designs and builds customer facing software products delivered in Azure
- Writes code, completes programming tasks, and performs testing and debugging of applications using .NET, Angular, SQL and other current programming languages and technologies.
- Participates in full scrum life cycle with the team.
- Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs.
- Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
- Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- Collaborates with team on conceptual design and clarification of business requirements.
- Performs additional related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Core, SQL, Web API)
- Nice to have proficiency on Cloud Technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure
- Must have front-end experience using Angular or React
- Working experience in a DevOps environment building production quality cloud products in a large enterprise is a plus
- Working understanding and experience with object-oriented analysis and design techniques, and ideally knowledge of common design patterns as well.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts
- Must love to write code and be motivated and excited by technical challenges.
