Our well-respected client in Bloomington is looking for determined Business to Business Collector! This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the team!

Responsibilities:

-Following up on overdue accounts (B2B)

-Email Follow Up

-Maintaining and updating accounts

-Reconciling daily collection activities

-Maintain the aging report

-Researching customer billing and payment questions

-3+ years of prior Collections experience desired

-Excellent written and verbal communication

-Proactive/Determined

-Ability to multitask

-Consistency in follow up
