Greeter - Kohler Design Center, Destination Kohler Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Contribute to advancing the Kohler Brand by assisting Kohler Design Center customers with general features and locations of various items provided here. The purpose of which will help realize their kitchen and bath aspirations and influencing Kohler sales across all businesses. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES * Graciously greet each customer and assist them in finding what brought them to the Design Center. Describe features of interest within the Kohler Design Center. * Possess the ability and knowledge of Kohler procedures to assist with special requests from internal and external customers where needed. * Help maintain and sanitize surfaces at the main desk. * Answer calls and take messages, if needed, when others are away from the front desk. * Must have astute Public Relation skills and be able to address compliments and complaints effectively. * Be reliable, responsible, dependable and to full obligations to our internal and external customers. * Must be a team player who enjoys a challenge, works under their own initiative and at times under stress. * This is a Part-Time opening, hours are 10am-4pm Skills/Requirements * High School Diploma preferred * Strong customer service orientation, prior experience preferred * Self-motivated * Confident conversationalist * Pleasant phone presence * Prior Kohler product knowledge preferred * Physical requirements include: sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
