Production Assistant

Staffmark has an immediate opening to start a career as Production Assistant in the manufacturing industry located in Green Bay, WI. As an Production Assistant you will be working in an exciting and fast paced team environment, where you will be preparing printed materials for shipment throughout the United States.

Are you ready to gain new skills? You will receive on the job training with growth opportunities and no swing shifts! Hours are 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Monday-Friday. Potential candidate needs to be flexible to work overtime every other Saturday (as needed) with a pay rate of $15.00.

What will you be doing? You will catch, insert, and pack finished product from the printing press, prepare packing lists for mailing and/or shipping, understand and follow order specifications and continuously inspect product. You will also need to set up the line for the finished printed product, including securing materials and equipment according to specifications. Requirements include the ability to stand for entire shift, bend, stoop, twist, turn and reach; may occasionally lift up to 40 pounds and work in a repetitive motion. Must be able to read, speak and comprehend the English language. This opportunity has the potential to transition to full-time employment with our client.
