Collections Specialist

Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to help service our team in the South Metro on a contract to hire assignment. You will be responsible for contacting customers with past-due accounts, maintaining records, and providing a high level of customer service to help customers get back on track! Job Responsibilities:

• Review status of delinquent accounts and initiate collection action
• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls
• Respond to all vendor inquiries
• Initiate appropriate follow-up action on mail returned as undeliverable
• Research disputed delinquent account balances and correct errors

• Bachelor's degree or relevant 4 year degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service/collections environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to quickly identify issues and work through them
• Impressive attention to detail
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
