The Position


We are looking for experienced sales professionals interested in joining a mission driven tech platform company. Our Inside Sales Representatives are given warm leads (no need to source!) and work as trusted partners in guiding leads through the process of identifying and choosing the right senior care community.


The base compensation is competitive and bonuses are uncapped ($75K is the expected all-in pay, but our most successful representative makes well over $200K per year).


Success is measured by sales quotas, but we invest heavily in training to help you reach your full potential.


Company Background


We are an established and mission driven tech platform company that helps senior citizens, and their families, match with care facilities and communities. We guide individuals through the process of finding senior communities, organizing tours, and finalizing the move.


Qualifications and Candidate Background


  • The ideal candidate will: Have inside sales experience
  • Be quota driven and sales hungry
  • Be familiar with a multi-touch sales process (selling through relationship building)
  • Be comfortable working evenings

Location


This is a remote role and all Inside Sales Representatives work the last week of the month, every month (that is when you make the most money!)
