Position Description
CGI has a need for an experienced Instructional Designer/Developer to join our team in Madison, WI. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a small team environment on Web Based Training materials for human services. Your future duties and responsibilities
The Instructional Designer/Developer will need to be able to write and develop training materials including WBT modules and Job Aids in the human services industry. Ultimately, the instructional designer/developer will collaborate with the business on training related efforts that include developing WBT modules using Captivate and writing Job Aid documents. Additional duties are as follows:
??? Research and analyze existing system documentation for training content
??? Gather information from Subject Matter Experts.
??? Create the Training Plan and Course Catalog deliverables
??? Create training material templates and Style Guide requirements.
??? Create outlines for modules that details objectives, identified users, workflows, and associated policy and procedure documents.
??? Create outlines and WBT storyboards to use for WBT development in Captivate.
??? Develop WBT modules using Captivate.
??? Write Job Aid documents.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
??? Prior experience should include: 2 years writing training materials and developing WBT modules using Captivate
??? Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately
??? Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills
??? Ability to create training materials in the human services industry using system documentation and information from SMEs
??? High level interpersonal skills and customer service oriented experience and proficiency.
??? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Applications, IT, Instructional Design or a related field

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $60K - $89K*
