Beacon Hill Staffing is partnering with a company that values their employees! This company is looking for a temporary Customer Operations Support Coordinator. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and establishing customer data for pharmecutical products!

Duration: 3-month contract

Location: Burnsville, MN

Job Duties:

-Manage customer data by item specification, pricing, images, certificates of insurance, contact and factory information

-Maintain item information in their ERP system, providing status updates to internal sales and customer operations

-Gather information and ensure quality documentation, testing reports, item specifications, and packaging information is accurate with both APL and customer systems.


-Communicate customer requirements for new and existing items by documenting and engaging cross-functional partners

-Assist the Sales team by maintaining customer-specific files and spreadsheets, sending product samples, routing supplier agreements and quote sheets.-Service as a backup to the Account Coordinators.


-May assist with tradeshow planning such as processing registration, coordinating advance warehouse, coordinating booth furniture, samples and shipping products, cost tracking.


-Offer new ideas to support fulfillment of department goals and procedures.

Requirements:

-Associate degree preferred, High School Diploma required

-1+ years of relevant experience in account management or related

-Prior experience servicing large retail customers (Target, Walmart) via online portals preferred, but not required

-Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn other tech platforms quickly

-Experience working in fast-paced environment with demonstrated effectiveness in small company/location
