Secret clearance is required.Responsibilities:Strategic process improvement and business requirements responsibilities; assist in prioritizing programs that need assessment based on critical need, priority efforts, and business impactDocument and analyze current state, including SOPs, manuals, training materials, organizational charts, forms, flow diagrams, process maps, communications plans, metrics and RACI charts; identify risks associated with not addressing each identified area of concernDevelop improvement plans to address areas of concern as identified during analysis; present solutions and plans to mitigate areas of concern; create roadmaps to transition processes to proposed future stateImplement revised plan; facilitate implementation and deployment of approved improvement plan; create schedule and communicate the redesigned process to all affected usersMonitor Processes; determine strategy for measuring process performance with those who have key roles; identify and track quantifiable measurements to verify process effectivenessProject/Portfolio Management; responsible for lifecycle management and execution of administrative tasks for the projects assignedProvide program/project management support throughout the program/project lifecycle in accordance with Executive Orders and other government regulations and guidanceTrack, analyze, and summarize project schedules, resource commitments, critical paths, and quality assurance measures; provide and brief standardized progress reports to applicable stakeholdersDevelop, update, maintain, and disseminate new and existing project management documents as applicableRequirements:Secret clearance requiredBachelor's degree (or higher)Active Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)5 years demonstrated program and/or project management experience5 years demonstrated knowledge developing project management documentation, including project plans, work breakdown structure, risk management, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes5 years professional experience developing, communicating, and implementing Integrated Master Schedules5 years demonstrated experience with multi-phased projects5 years experience using MS Project and MS SharePointPreferred:3 years DoD experience5 years demonstrated business process improvement experienceAgile/Scrum certification or experience1 year or more continuing education or training experiencePAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
