Description

Hey Casper, let's get physical!  Edgewood is looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to be part of CaringEdge, a program within Edgewood Healthcare. In this position you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services under the direction of the physical therapist and according to the physical therapist plan of care (that has been approved by a physician if required).

We're looking for someone as equally dedicated to the delivery of effective, evidenced-based clinical practice with a focus on geriatric care provided through both the outpatient therapy and home health platforms . Our teams are passionate about helping area seniors maintain and improve their physical abilities, while fostering independence and confidence throughout their golden years.

Our mission includes creating an environment and  atmosphere that allows each therapist independence, autonomy and the ability to practice at the top of their license. CaringEdge's therapy teams enjoy flexible hours, control over their own schedule and extremely manageable caseloads.  This provides our clinicians with the opportunity to have a one-on-one experience with each patient, producing more effective treatment programs and delivering the exceptional care each senior deserves.

If you are seeking opportunities for professional growth, as part of a dedicated and outcomes-driven team, this position offers the perfect environment and atmosphere for you to serve at your best and truly make a difference. Apply with us now!

This position would be located within the Edgewood communities, as well as Casper and the surrounding area.

Minimum Requirements

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate's degree in science or applied science that is approved by American Physical Therapy Association, Inc.
  • Current certification or license as required by state law.
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

We offer a competitive salary along with benefits packages for qualifying employees.
