About the Job

NexGen is seeking motivated individuals for a CDL Driver position. Boom Experience preferred. Must be able to driver manual transmission. Drivers will need to maintain logs through our software system including but not limited to: Pre-Inspection, DOT logs and other DOT compliance as necessary. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance in daily activities.   • $680 - $1,200 total weekly average pay
  • 200 - 1,000 average miles per week
  • Day shift
  • 50% Driver Load/Unload
  • No tarping

Home Time

  • 5 days on, 2 days off
  • Home every weekend

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Stacking and sorting delivered cargo.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Loading and unloading cargo while operating cargo handling equipment.
  • Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.

Hiring Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Class A license
  • 6 months Flatbed experience in the last 12 months
  • Experience must be with a 36 ft trailer minimum
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must have basic English proficiency
  • Must have a valid DOT medical card
