Dear Rapid City & Spearfish, we're currently seeking a dynamic, quality driven full-time Physician to join our growing medical team, Legacy Medical. Legacy Medical is a division of Edgewood Healthcare, a company that's been serving and caring for seniors since 1993.
The Physician is responsible for providing primary care services to patients in congregate living environments such as Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facilities, in-home environments and via telemedicine.
We're looking for someone equally as dedicated to the delivery of effective, evidenced-based clinical practice provided through our on-site, in-home platform. Our teams are passionate about helping patients maintain quality of life while providing ease of access to quality medical services. We strive to develop a communicative environment in which each individual feels comforted, cared for and involved in decision making related to their own care.
