Registered Nurse

We are currently hiring for a full-time Registered Nurse.

RN responsibilities are directed and supervised by the Director of Clinical Services. The work given by the Director of Clinical Services adheres to procedures and standards involving a high degree of accuracy in observing, recording, and reporting data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess the resident's physical status when she/he is admitted, during severe changes in health, and annually

• Receive, setup, and maintain medication supply for clients that reside in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Communicate with pharmacy, clients, and family members regarding any changes in medications per physician's orders
• Provide daily chart/record maintenance
• Complete assessments per state regulations
• Assist Clients with ADL's as needed
• Assist with development of Health Aide staff as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Minnesota RN license
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Able to utilize various technologies and software programs
