Where you'll work:

Our Beloit, WI location is home to our Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region. This location has approximately 700 employees at this location that in roles such as regulatory, RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. It is easily commutable from the Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee areas. You'll enjoy your time inside and outside of the office as we offer a full cafeteria, fitness center, and beautiful walking paths around the campus. What you'll do:

The End Use Market Senior Quality Manager provides site leadership for Food Safety and Quality in alignment with the Kerry Corporate Policies. This position reports to the Director of Quality Assurance for a business unit. Plant quality assurance managers will report to this position. This position requires10-20% travel.

What you'll need to be successful:

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or similar Science/Engineering.

Knowledge and experience with relevant GFSI standards such as SQF, BRC, IFS or FS 22000.

Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety regulations, FSMA, and industry and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 5-10 years of quality management experience and/or training.

Experience managing quality and food safety systems.

Experience in a plant environment strongly preferred.
