This position will have strong design, color correction, typography and 3D skills to create content across all media platforms. The Motion Graphics Animator must be goal-driven, detail-oriented and possess the ability to adhere to deadlines within a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Responsibilities:
Job DescriptionConceptualize, design, and animate dynamic 2D and 3D graphics used in all aspects of event presentation and sponsorship elements in-arena as well as elements for broadcast television and the web.Work closely with producers, video editors, and graphic designers to create custom animations and maintain a consistent overall team brandUnderstand brand and marketing objectives, contributing to the evolution of the team imageCreate designs, concepts, and sample layouts of both complex graphics and animations; using independent judgment, principles and esthetic design conceptsProduce animated motion graphics for all Fiserv Forum LED displaysDesign and create promotional and event presentation videos, animations, and graphicsAssist in developing concepts, storyboarding and pre-productionCreate still-frame and animated graphicsWork with third party clients to fulfill video production and graphic needsAssist with shooting variety of special events, press conferences, and community appearances editing, audio mixing, and lighting as neededEdit video segments for external use but not limited to broadcast, web, event presentationAssist in media management and file server archivingLog game tape and highlight reels

Qualifications:
Job QualificationsBachelors degree in Video/Film Production, Communications from four-year College or University; or 3 years relative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications: PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat is Adobe Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, After Effects, File Transfer Protocol is requiredKnowledge of Ross Acuity & Xpression Studio and Daktronics v8000 show controlExperience creating broadcast quality motion graphicsProficiency with Cinema 4D or other relevant 3D animation experience/expertise requiredExperience designing style guides and storyboards for motion graphicsNon-linear editing experience and strong technical knowledge of video, audio and lightingExperience with finishing edited productions (overlays, color correction, and other treatments)Strong conceptual and storytelling abilityDSLR shooting and workflow experienceOutstanding communication skills and a positive, energetic personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong creative abilities and a passion for content creationExtreme attention to detail and passion about Quality ControlSelf-motivated, highly resourceful, with strong decision making skillsAble to work nights, weekends, and some holidaysStrong knowledge of the NBA and the Milwaukee BucksWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power point)-PLEASE INCLUDE DEMO REEL WITH YOUR RESUME.
