Construction and Machine Operators

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for machine operators, assemblers, and general production in Hawley, Minnesota.
Pay: $21 to $23/hr
1st shift: 6am to 5pm
2nd shift: 5pm to 3am
We are looking to hire for multiple positions immediately!! Join our team of production associates to perform various duties on a crew that assist in setting up forms, carrying materials to the form and positioning these materials in the form, pouring concrete, and finishing off the concrete in the form.
Job Duties:

• Work with hand tools such as grinders, drills, etc.
• Operate Company Forklifts (willing to train if no experience).
• Experience working with concrete, pouring, leveling and finishing off concrete.
• Overhead crane operator experience (willing to train if no experience).

Qualifications:

• Authorized forklift operator or willingness to learn the skills for operating a forklift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Standing, walking constantly, climbing, kneeling, crouching frequently, balancing, stooping, and crawling occasionally.

Education Requirement:

• High school diploma or the equivalence.
