Primary responsibilities include projects from all sales regions and all customer types of the following:

* Process warranty claims from dealers, OEMs and internal stakeholders with all engine and associated component manufacturers

* Maintain and manage warranty parts tracking and return processes

* Manage engine registration processes and procedures

* Assist dealers and OEMs with warranty related questions and concerns, assisting with installation and renewal of diagnostic tools

* Entry of Service Work Orders (SWO), Customer Parts Orders and RMA requests as required

* Assigned Customer Service Tickets

* Initiate and process Dealer Claim service tickets to track receipt of claims through manufacturer adjudication and reimbursement

* Manage assigned service tickets to ensure that a prompt and effective solution has been determined and completed

* Participate as assigned with Product Milestone development at the following meetings as required (could include):

* Kick-off

* Post Assembly

* Post Validation

* Service Technical and Maintenance info development

* Participate in Improvement Opportunity Projects to ensure that once prompt and effective corrective actions have been taken, parties involved have been credited appropriately

* Participate in Quality/Continuous Improvement efforts as needed

* Assist with Application / Warranty review testing if needed

* Assist to design/engineer Engine Power products (i.e. EP or EW parts) to resolve chronic field issues as needed, as well as documentation

* Assist with incoming product inspection if required

Position requires regular attendance at Engine Power during established hours.

Travel will be required as needed.

Attire for this position is Business Casual.

Qualifications:

?? High School diploma required, Technical or College experience preferred

?? 5 years technical service experience (preferred)

?? 3 years internal combustion application experience

?? 3 years electronically controlled engine experience (preferred)

?? Mechanical aptitude

?? Ability to work in a Team environment

?? Ability to become proficient in Diagnostic Tools use

?? Business writing skills

?? Ability to read and comprehend complex business documents including: contracts, product drawings, government regulations, etc.

?? Knowledge of operating a personal computer and related components

?? Ability to work independently with little supervision

?? Ability to work independently to complete continued education and training offered by our business partners, Honda, Kubota and JCB

?? Ability to effectively communicate via phone or in person

?? Ability to use effective troubleshooting and problem solving techniques

?? Ability to effectively plan for short term and long term requirements

?? Ability to develop complete action plans and follow through upon implementation

?? Ability to effectively participate in and facilitate meetings
