Founded in early 1900's with 7 locations nationwide. Around 100 employees across all locations. Well established in the Wisconsin market for complex, high profile Historical Restoration projects. The Milwaukee office is undergoing dramatic growth and the Project Manager coming in would have tremendous opportunity to move up quickly.
Description
- Oversee several projects of varying size and scope at any one time.
- Day-to-day oversight of all construction management efforts, from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Engage and participate in budgeting, field operations, safety, quality control, and scheduling.
- Communicating in a confident, articulate, and professional manner with team members, industry partners, and clients
- Demonstrating strong financial management skills and the ability to independently manage all aspects of a project from start to finish
- Showcasing leadership and the ability to work with a team, as well as independently
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial, healthcare, warehouse, or Historical Renovation projects.
- Experience with self-perform concrety, masonry, or carpentry ideal.
- Possess a broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods, plus understand the complexities and sequences of all construction activities.
- Possess a knowledge of construction law, contract terms, dispute resolution, and risk management.
- Communicating in a confident, articulate, and professional manner with team members, industry partners, and clients
